A situation plus three required points. Register (formal / semi-formal / informal) is scored.

On the day

1. Greeting matching register: Dear Professor / Hi Maya / Hello Mr. Chen.
2. One short paragraph per bullet. Cover all three or the score collapses.
3. Close and sign. Proof the first and last lines. That’s where register leaks.
